How?

Important Note -: Yajya is not a mere Information this is an action oriented spiritual work and hence must be learnt under guidance of a well versed practitioner. A mere informative understanding will not yield any result just like reading a manual of cycling or skating will not enable you to ride. One needs to take a vow with iron determination to practice until the union with the "Beloved God" is realised, if you fall you must rise again and walk without any guilt.

Lord Krishna in Gita (Chapter4 verse 25-35 )says in order to save oneself from the vicious cycle of karma (chain of action reaction) and allow to realise the supreme consciousness one must perform "Yajna" and take(Tolerate) the heat and beating without taking personally or whining mind ""Yajna" (By Yajna Lord means a service done without a trace of doubt in silent awareness. the service must be done whole hearted and earnestly, in a choice-less state (wether you like it or not without a trace of doubt /thought in mind) and dedicate your actions and its fruits to the Beloved God / silent witness with gratitude and joy.) Lord has defined fourteen such Holy duties out of those five are indispensable. These are called “Panch maha Yajna (five great duties)”.

To gain eligibility as a spiritual aspirant or healer one must observe under given principles-:

Five Yama

Satya (Truthfulness)- Always be Truthful, Thankful and prayerful, practice simple living with truth no showoff no whining, don't try to create or fit in a social image, accept your reality. Live in present, don't live in stories/dreams of past or future which create an unnecessary pains/hustle/struggle and keep us away from truth of the moment (reality) always speak facts/truth.

Ahimsa  (Non violence)- Don't intend to hurt/kill/torcher/ badmouth/ any living being, not even by action/words or thought for the sake of enjoyment and pride or jealousy. Practice compassion and forgiveness /absolution.

Asteya (Non Stealing) - Never keep an intention to steal anything from anyone or deceive anyone for personal gains or sensual joys. Be content with whatever you have. Don't entertain the urge of competition or jealousy or repetitive thinking, always keep focus on your spiritual growth and maintain silence in mind.

Brahmacharya (Non indulgence)- Stay mindful & alert all the time (Staying alert silent and Happy in present moment is dwelling in Brahma) stay away from indulgence in seductive dreams, carnal desires or entertainment. the mind creates a vicious cycle, first by thinking and craving about a desire it creates a psychological impulsion to fulfil that desire and once it is fulfilled, the mind and body lose its energies and go into a lethargic state or sleep thus making a person spirits dull and useless. Entertainment be sensual or mental is like poison for a spiritual seeker. An energised and alert mind is the most essential weapon for spiritual practice.

Aparigraha (Non accumulation) -  Work and earn enough to fulfil your basic needs and Donate for a cause and help the needy. Don't toil to pile up heaps of money to fulfil useless fantasies and desires.  Excess money will bring you a fake life, false pride, fake friends, quarrels and fill your Heart with fear of theft, loss, deceit.

Five Niyam

Shauch - Observing Cleanliness of body mind, food and place.

Santosh - Never focus on your deficiencies/wanting/ past mistakes rather be content with whatever you have got and feel gratitude and thankful. Never raise your expectations or be anxious for result.

Swadhyay - Self study, Learning the ways of mind and emotions. Always do your best as if you are working for "The Beloved Lord" pay total attention to the assignment, work slowly, refrain from egoistic impulsive reactions. One must remain teachable & real and praise lord for all the fruits. Repent & learn form your mistakes. Never be judgemental, learn to be truthful.

Tapa - Penance / Determination ( self control by fasting /non reaction ). If you feel like weeping and crying then cry but don't makeup stories/blame anyone, just feel the emotion and steam out. Find a silent corner and remain undisturbed, practice silence and non reaction, internal engagement, immerse your heart in lord's prayer/praise, chanting. Practice Mind Fixation & Eye Fixation, don't react impulsively, pause take time, practice breath control & smiling mind. If someone or something disturbs your practice be patient wait with a smiling mind focusing on silence, attend the situation with total focus and then be engaged in your practice. Always remember...

..."if something happens according to your wish, lord wants to reward you. But if something you are forced to do against your wish, it means Lord wants to test you. Attend to every call with fresh energy with a smiling mind". Every being be it a friend or a foe is an Angel of GOD someone will test your patience someone will test your temper someone will try to rob your trust or your peace. it's a test don't let them make you a slip. Don't let them Rob your inner calm, cling to it with all your might and you shall come out as a triumphant warrior.

Ishwar nishtha - Always keep faith in The spiritual Technique given by the GURU and keep an unflinching faith in The Beloved Lord. Always start and end your day or meditation practice with a Joyful prayer in your own words
